Victus began in 2003 with a simple yet powerful idea: to provide the Australian and New Zealand food and beverage industries with the highest quality ingredients and raw materials — because we believed they deserved better. Back then, much of the market relied on ‘traded’ goods, and truly premium options were hard to come by.

We saw the gap. More importantly, we understood the growing desire for natural, cleaner-label products. As consumers became more informed, they began to expect better for themselves and their families. We were proud to be the technical bridge that helped make that possible. From introducing colouring foods as a natural alternative to synthetic colours (a move that is now industry standard), to pioneering the use of Velcorin® in the wine and beverage space to reduce energy use, packaging costs, and preservatives – we’ve always believed innovation should serve both business and people.
